Purchasing the e-doc
After submitting an order for the e-doc and after payment has been received and password issued, one copy of the e-doc may be downloaded on any single computer, provided that all copyright and proprietary notices are kept intact.

Payment for e-document

The e-document is available ONLY in Australia. Orders from other countries cannot be accepted.

Payment can be made by direct deposit, cheque or Australian money order. Details of ‘how to pay’ are provided in a confirmation email after order has been submitted.

Order timeframe
Any submitted order will be valid for 30 days. After this period of time, the order will be deleted and a new order submitted if still required.

Price and availability of e-doc
Price and availability of e-doc may change without notice.

Cancellation and refund
Cancellation of the order for the e-doc can be made by email before a password has been issued. Once a password for downloading has been issued to purchaser, the order cannot be cancelled and a refund will not be given.

Expiry of password
Once an order has been processed, the e-document must be downloaded within sixty days of the order date when the password expires. Once the password has expired the order is deemed cancelled and a refund will not be given.

Liability disclaimer
The information contained on the site and in the e-doc is based on knowledge and understanding at the time of writing. It does not warrant or assume any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness or any information, apparatus, product or process disclosed.

There is no guarantee that the site will be free of infection by viruses or anything else that may be harmful or destructive. No responsibility will be taken by the owner in connection with any loss or damage arising out of connection with any use of, or inability to use all or any part of the content, site or any website to which the site is linked.
